Overview
This advanced course is tailored for senior professionals aiming to master portfolio management and earn the PfMP® certification. It equips learners with the skills and knowledge required to align portfolio decisions with organizational strategy, optimize investment outcomes, and manage risk across enterprise portfolios.
The course is aligned with the PfMP® Examination Content Outline (ECO) and The Standard for Portfolio Management – Fourth Edition, and provides 35 contact hours (PDUs) required for the exam.

Module 3: Governance
Develop governance frameworks to authorize, monitor, and control portfolio components. Understand decision-making structures, roles of governance boards, investment categorization, and portfolio policies and procedures.
Module 4: Portfolio Performance Management
