Overview
This course prepares professionals to successfully pass the PMI-PMO-CP® exam and evolve their PMO into a strategic enabler of organizational transformation. Fully aligned with PMI’s latest standards and transformation domains, it equips learners with the frameworks, tools, and capabilities needed to lead PMOs that drive value, business agility, and sustainable change.
Upon completion, learners earn 18 contact hours (PDUs) required to apply for the PMI-PMO-CP® certification and receive a Certificate of Completion.
