This course prepares professionals to confidently pass the PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA®) certification exam. It focuses on developing advanced skills in requirements management, stakeholder engagement, needs assessment, and solution evaluation—ensuring alignment between organizational goals and project outcomes.
Fully aligned with PMI’s PMI-PBA® Exam Content Outline (ECO) and the Business Analysis for Practitioners: A Practice Guide, this course also provides the 35 contact hours (PDUs) required for exam eligibility.
