Instructor-Lynda Bouzid

Lynda Bouzid has over 15 years of experience in the telco as a Project Management expert. He has applied his commercial and project management skills and knowledge to various transformative and digital project, such as, CBIO Migration platform, development of sales support tools, digital contract, transforming telco’s sales and distribution channel strategy.

Lynda has in-depth knowledge of all aspects of internal, cross-functional and strategic project management and has experience in auditing, having collaborated on various cross-functional projects with Mc Kenzy and delta. Lynda is passionate about training (FFP /ATP certified) and coaching, and actively participates in the in-house training project within her company to share her expertise and knowledge, as well as contributing to the personal development of her colleagues with the in-house mentoring project.

Throughout her career, she has participated in projects on an international scale, collaborating with the various OpCos within her company’s group. This experience enabled her to meet with experts from leading companies such as McKinsey, Delta, and major telecom vendors. Through this, she acquired invaluable experience as an expert in project and quality management principles, and as a project manager for her company.

Her goal is to share her passion for quality and project management, making it accessible to everyone in order to contribute to improving the quality of work and enhancing business performance.
