PMP® Certification Preparation Course

This course prepares professionals to confidently pass the PMP® exam and succeed as certified project managers. It equips learners with a deep understanding of predictive, agile, and hybrid project management approaches, fully aligned with PMI’s Exam Content Outline (ECO).

Upon completion, learners earn 35 contact hours (PDUs) required to apply for the PMP® exam, and receive a Certificate of Completion

Module 2: Creating a High-Performing Team (People Domain)

Explore leadership principles, team building, conflict resolution, and servant leadership in both traditional and agile environments. Learn how to define team ground rules, promote collaboration, and empower individuals to achieve project success.

Module 3: Starting the Project (Process Domain)

Learn how to determine project methodologies (predictive, agile, hybrid), develop project charters, identify stakeholders, and create high-level plans. This module ensures you can kick off a project with alignment and authorization.

Module 4: Doing the Work

Master the execution processes including managing communications, ensuring quality, leading teams, managing risk and procurement, and integrating project work. Gain practical knowledge of tailoring approaches to meet project needs.

Module 5: Keeping the Team on Track (People & Process Domains)

Focus on leadership actions during project execution. This includes managing conflicts, supporting performance, giving feedback, leading retrospectives, and adapting communication styles based on stakeholder needs and project dynamics.

Module 6: Business Environment and Project Alignment

Understand how projects deliver business value, support strategic goals, and respond to external business environments. Learn how to evaluate project benefits, maintain compliance, and align deliverables with organizational objectives.

Module 7: Agile & Hybrid Project Management

Dive deep into agile values, principles, and tools such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean. Learn how to work in cross-functional teams, manage backlogs, and deliver iteratively while responding to change. This module also explores hybrid frameworks.

Module 8: Risk, Change, and Stakeholder Engagement

Develop your capabilities in risk management, integrated change control, and stakeholder communications. This module includes techniques for managing resistance, building stakeholder buy-in, and ensuring transparency throughout the lifecycle.

Module 9: Exam Strategies, Mock Exams, and Final Review
