PMI-RMP® Certification Preparation Course

This course equips professionals with the knowledge and skills to confidently pass the PMI-RMP® exam and apply risk management best practices across various project environments. Aligned with the PMI Risk Management Professional Exam Content Outline (ECO), the course provides a deep understanding of both proactive and reactive risk strategies, covering individual and overall project risk.

Participants will earn 30 contact hours (PDUs) required to apply for the PMI-RMP® certification and receive a Certificate of Completion.

Module 5: Risk Response Planning

Understand proactive and reactive risk response strategies, including avoid, transfer, mitigate, exploit, enhance, and accept. Learn how to build and implement effective risk response plans based on risk severity and project context.

Module 6: Implementing Risk Responses

This module focuses on execution of planned risk actions. Learn how to assign owners, integrate risk responses into the schedule and budget, and track effectiveness in real-time.

Module 7: Monitoring and Controlling Risks

Master techniques for monitoring residual and emerging risks, triggering responses, auditing risk activities, and maintaining communication with stakeholders. This module includes guidance for agile risk reviews and continuous adaptation.

Module 8: Specialized Risk Areas: Agile, Hybrid & Enterprise Risk

Explore how risk management is adapted in agile/hybrid settings, including team-level responses, iteration risks, and sprint planning. Learn how to align project risk with broader enterprise risk management frameworks (ERM).

Module 9: Exam Strategies, Mock Exams, and Final Review

Prepare for the PMI-RMP® exam with practice questions, full mock tests, and domain-based reviews. This module includes study tips, cognitive strategies, and time management techniques to enhance your performance and readiness.
