Overview

This course prepares professionals to confidently pass the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)® exam and become skilled in applying agile principles, tools, and frameworks across diverse projects. It is aligned with PMI’s Agile Practice Guide and the PMI-ACP® Exam Content Outline (ECO).

Participants will develop practical expertise in Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP, and Agile project leadership, while earning the 21 contact hours (PDUs) required to apply for the PMI-ACP® exam.

Teaches how to empower teams, resolve problems, promote knowledge sharing, and manage conflict. Focuses on emotional intelligence, agile coaching (e.g., Lyssa Adkins), shared vision, and leading teams through change and continuous improvement.

Explores backlog refinement, managing product increments, visualizing work, and delivering customer value. Learners will understand prioritization, goal-setting, and effective work breakdown to ensure alignment with customer and business needs.

Focuses on feedback gathering, agile metrics, risk and impediment management, waste reduction, continuous improvement, customer engagement, and optimizing delivery flow. Teaches how to align delivery with business value through agility.

Wraps up key concepts from all modules, ties them back to the PMI-ACP exam framework, and reinforces the importance of applying knowledge in real-world Agile projects. May include final Q&A or mock assessments.
