I am an Applications & ERP Service Manager, Project Management Coach and Trainer with over 18 years of professional experience, including 11 years dedicated to Project Management. My career has evolved from technical and IT roles to Project Management, PMO, digital transformation, coaching, training, and Applications & ERP management, providing me with a broad and cross-functional perspective on technology, business processes, people, governance, and value delivery.
Currently, as Head of the Applications & ERP Service, I oversee application and ERP activities, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, support business requirements, and contribute to process optimization, digital transformation, and continuous improvement.
Beyond my IT and ERP responsibilities, my project management experience has given me the opportunity to manage and contribute to projects involving different business functions and organizational structures. This exposure has enabled me to develop a broader understanding of business processes, operational challenges, stakeholder expectations, and project requirements beyond the IT domain.
Alongside my managerial role, I also work as a Project Management Coach and Trainer, supporting professionals participating in project management certification and qualification programs across different groups and business entities. Working with professionals from diverse functions and backgrounds has further enriched my understanding of different business environments, organizational contexts, and industry-specific challenges.
This combination of hands-on project management experience, cross-functional business exposure, and coaching across diverse professional environments enables me to bridge the gap between business, technology, people, processes, project management and governance. It also allows me to adapt project management principles and methodologies to the specific context and needs of each organization and business domain.
With a Post-Graduation in Information Systems Management and a degree in Computer Engineering, I have built a strong foundation at the intersection of IT, business, project management, and organizational performance.
I hold certifications including PMP, PMI-ATP Instructor, PMI-MOCP, PSM I, and PMO, and continuously develop my expertise in Agile, project governance, digital transformation, and Generative AI for Project Management.
